Crispy Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients:

1. Mushrooms

2. Cabbage

3. Carrot

4. Cucumber

5. Spring onion

6. Sesame seeds

7. Soy sauce

8. Rice paper

9. 2 cloves of garlic and ginger


○Seasoning: salt, black pepper, chili powder

○Chili sauce: fry chili flakes in a hot pan, add sesame seeds, oil. Let it cool. Add soy sauce, honey and a little bit of water. Mix it well together. Sprinkle spring onion on top of your sauce.

• Filling: add garlic and ginger to hot pan. Add chopped vegetables. Add salt, black pepper, chili powder and soy sauce. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.

• Fill a s bowl water. Slide a sheet of rice paper into the water, and press gently to submerge it until it becomes pliable. Fill your rice paper. Roll them and fry them. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of them.
