Berry Tart

Ingredients:

1. Plain flour

2. 4 eggs

3. Unsalted butter

4. Lemon

5. Salt

6. Granulated sugar

7. Corn starch

8. Vanilla essence, rum essence

9. Milk

10. Fresh Berries


•Dough: in a bowl mix plain flour with 2 eggs, salt, sugar and cold butter. Place your dough into the refrigerator for 30 min. Prebake your dough for 10 minutes (180°Celsius) using some weights. I used kidney beans.

•Berries: add your berries into a large bowl. Add sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla essence, rum essence and corn starch. Let it soak for 10 minutes.

• After you prebaked your dough fill it with your mixed berries.

•Filling: mix 2 eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla essence and a little bit of flour. And pour it over the berries.

•Bake your Berry delicious Tart for 30 minutes (180°Celsius)
