Sahlab (سحلب)Middle Eastern sweet pudding

INGREDIENTS:
1.4 cups milk
2.1 tablespoon sahlab (or cornstarch)
3. sugar
4. 1 tablespoon rose water
●Place the milk in a saucepan and add the sahlab/cornstarch. Add sugar. Stir and bring to a simmer, and keep stirring until thickened (10 min)
●Add the rose water and stir to mix. Transfer to cups and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
●Toppings: pistachio, almonds, coconut flakes
