Crème Brûlée (no-torch)

Ingredients:
1. 5 egg yolks
2. Heavy cream (500 ml)
3. Granulated sugar
4. Vanilla essence
5. Honey
6. A pinch of salt
7. Boiled water
• In a pot add heavy cream and vanilla essence. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
• In a bowl mix 5 egg yolks with sugar and a pinch of salt.
• Pour the heavy cream into your bowl. Add the mixture into your ramekin bowls. Add hot water into a baking tray and place your ramekin bowls. Bake them for 40-50 minutes (160°Celsius)
• Brûlée sugar: in a hot pan add granulated sugar, a little bit of honey (stops crystallization) and water (1 cup). Stir a few seconds before the sugar is dissolved. Wait until the sugar syrup becomes brown. Pour it on top of your creme. Now you have an amazing creme brûlée.
