Gingerbread with Royal Icing

Ingredients:
1. Flour
2. Brown sugar
3. Honey, melted butter
4. 3 eggs
5. Powdered sugar
6. Baking soda (1 tsp)
7. 2 egg whites
8. Lemon juice
9. Hot water
đSeasoning: cinnamon powder, nutmeg, cloves powder, ginger powder
đ In a bowl, add 3 eggs, brown sugar, honey, unsalted butter (melted) and seasoning. Mix well together. Add dry ingredients: flour, baking soda a pinch of salt.
đ Bake your gingerbread for 7 minutes, 200°Celsius
đRoyal icing. Mix 2 egg whites with powdered sugar, add lemon juice and a little bit of hot water. Now you can decorate your gingerbread!
