Italian zucchini pie

Ingredients:
1. Zucchini
2. Onion
3. Pesto
4. Cheese
5. 2 Eggs
6. Flour
7. Sugar
8. Salt
9. Cold water
10. Butter
11. Mustard
•Pie dough: flour, 1/4 tbs sugar, 1/4 salt, butter, cold water
• Place your pie dough into your baking tray, add mustard on top of it.
• Zucchini filling: in a hot pan add butter, onions, zucchini, salt, black pepper, dry basil, pesto, dry oregano, dry parsley and onion powder. Cook 8 to 10 minutes until zucchini becomes soft.
• In a bowl add cooked zucchini, 2 eggs and cheese. Mix them well together and place your mixture into your baking tray. Add more cheese on top of it.
• Bake the zucchini pie for 18-20 minutes (180° Celsius)
