Pear Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1. Three big pears
2. Cheese cream
3. Unsalted butter
4. Digestive biscuits
5. Brown sugar
6. Cinnamon powder
7. Ginger powder
8. 2 eggs
9. 2 tbs of plain flour
10. Vanilla essence, rum essence
• Biscuit crust: blend digestive biscuits in a food processor, add unsalted butter (melted). Add them into your baking tray.
•Cheesecake batter: in a large bowl add unsalted butter and cream cheese, add brown sugar. Mix well together. Add 2 eggs, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and rum essence. Mix well. Now you can add 2 tbs of plain flour. Pour your batter over the biscuit crust.>>>bake it for 30 min (180°Celsius)
• Pear chips: cut the pears, bake them in the oven for 15 min (200°Celsius) until they're crispy. It's time to decorate your cheesecake with sweet pear chips.
•Pear puree: wash and peel the pears. Boil them in hot water, add cinnamon, ginger powder and brown sugar. Mix it in a food processor. Now you can easily pour it over your cheesecake.
