Spring rolls

💢Ingredients:
1. Cucumbers
2. Carrots
3. Red salad
4. Green salad
5. Cilantro
6. Garlic
7. Ginger
8. Shrimps
9. Chicken
10. Rice noodles
11. Rice paper
💢Sauce: minced garlic, soy sauce, tahini, Piri Piri sauce, honey and peanut butter
•In a pan add olive oil, shrimps, minced garlic and ginger. Cook your shrimps for 10 min. You can also cook some chicken for extra protein.
•Boil the rice noodles for 2 minutes.
•Cut your veggies into thin slices.
It's time to make our spring rolls. Put the rice paper into cold water for a few seconds until it becomes soft. Place it on the table and start adding your veggies, rice noodles, shrimps and chicken. The fun fact about spring rolls is that you can make your own favorite spring roll. Optional add sesame seeds on top of it. Dip your spring rolls into your sauce and enjoy!
