Vegan Tortilla Wrap with Chimichurri

Ingredients:

1. Precooked chickpeas

2. Cucumber

3. Hummus

4. Salad

5. Olive oil

6. Vegan tortilla wraps


• Drain the chickpeas. Roast them. Add salt, smoked paprika and chili powder.

• Spread hummus on your tortillas, add the salad, cucumber and roasted chickpeas.

•Chimichurri: olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, finely chopped parsley, ground cumin and oregano. If you don't have fresh parsley, use dry parsley. That will also work. Add salt and black pepper.
